KV PRM is here to ensure a smooth transition after you have officially established the company and are moving into Dubai Knowledge Village. Once you have established your operations we are your dedicated point of contact for all inquiries in addition to assisting you with all internal support services, we assist you in developing your business through partner forums, special events and community related promotions.

Knowledge Village PRM provides the following services:

  • Coordinating Business Partners’ move-in processes by preparing Lease Agreements and arranging Rental Invoices.
  • Handling and managing requirements and issues of Business Partner and ensuring that resolution and appropriate feed back to customers is tracked.
  • Coordinating Licence Renewal Notices and managing outstanding payments.
  • Acting as single point of contact for Business Partners regarding all Legal, Facilities Management, Finance and Government Services issues.
  • Following-up with internal departments within KV to resolve any issues that may arise with Business Partners.

    NETWORKING EVENTS

    Monthly Welcome Lunch – All partners who establish operations within a given month are invited to a welcome lunch that formally introduces the entire KV team and its services. This event is typically held at a neighbouring hotel restaurant or at venues within the Free Zone.

    Monthly Anniversary Lunch – All partners whose date of joining falls under a given month celebrate their respective anniversary with the KV team and other KV partners. This event is typically held at a neighbouring hotel restaurant or at venues within the zone.

    Networking Event – These events are run quarterly and typically are social gatherings at which the KV community can get to know other community members within KV and the Dubai Holding group of companies.

    DEVELOPMENT EVENTS

    University Deans Committee – Monthly event held exclusively for the Deans of each University at KV. This meeting allows University representatives to discuss strategic opportunities, operational challenges and ways of enhancing the synergies of their respective communities.

    University Open Days – Bi-annual event which is scheduled to coincide with seasonal University recruiting periods. The event was created on behalf of the KV Universities to provide them with a formal platform to communicate their offerings to students and parents alike and for KV to display its value proposition through its student related services.

    Training and HR Development Forums – This quarterly event is designed to provide business development opportunities for Training related companies. We aim to provide avenues to create synergies by leveraging on the inherent power of the community.

    Training and HR Open Days – Bi-annual event which pulls together the 200+ training and HR companies within the KV community and provides them with a platform to communicate their services within the UAE and the region.

    REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

    Advertisements and notices – Please note that, as per your lease and licence contract and Free Zone laws and regulations, Business Partners at KV are required to seek approval for all published materials and advertisements within and without the Free Zone. To ensure compliance with these regulations, Business Partners can contact Partner Relations to seek approvals.

    Notice board message approval – Any Business Partner wishing to publicise or announce news, courses or any such information should approach KV for approval of the notice and the manner of publicising the said notice.

    Exhibitions and events approval – Any Business Partner that seeks to hold an event on Free Zone grounds must seek the permission of the Free Zone Authority in order to proceed. Please contact Partner Relations for more information on this.
