IDAMA is a full service asset management company. Our integrated facilities management services starts from facility design & system requirement reviews at pre-construction stage to delivery of facilities management and property management services. With early involvement at the start of a building design or at construction stage, knowledge-based reviews from the facilities management perspective enable us to help design and deliver technical solutions that are specific to the needs and goals of a particular facility.

Currently, IDAMA has the responsibility of managing the internationally admired facilities of TECOM Investments, which include Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Village.
