A client may request GSO’s Business Counter to correct an error or a mistake incurred on the details of the Entry Permit or Residence Permit.

The following documents are required for submission at GSO’s Business Counter:


  • “Application for Amendment Request” duly filled and signed by authorized signatory
  • Original Passport
  • Three (3) color photographs with white background, size 4.3cm x 5.5cm
  • Original ID Card (if applicable)

Important!


  • In case of non-sponsored Residence Visa corrections, the sponsored employee must sign the Immigration application form. The sponsored employee may approach GSO’s Business Counter to sign the Immigration application form after two (2) working days from documents submission.
